Demonstrate advanced face-to-face, email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills;

Management of New Issues by:

Working with the Branch Management in the assignment and transfer of clients to an Advisor in the branch

Supporting Branch Manager with Branch expense management by:

Sharing knowledge, experience and responsibility with employees in a drive for the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence

- Strong experience in gathering requirements from key stakeholders and translating them into technical terms for RFP's

- Previously experience working within higher education or large enterprise

- 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience

- Experience with video platforms Bonfire, Kaltura or Panopto

Strong Experience with value realizations, capacity planning or initiative planning within a Workforce Management domain.

Experience with SmartSheets Project and Work Management processing tool

5+ years as a Project Manager with 2+ years in Program Management

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Meets and exceeds projected sales goals based on territory quota established by sales management for the given territory.

Tangible product sales experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of the optical industry is beneficial.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Territory travel – Independent from supervisor / remote employee, home office environment

Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferably in the optical industry or related medical/technical healthcare field.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Consideration given to candidates with sales experience and demonstrated track record of performance and results.

Has 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Project Manager focused around process improvement for Technical teams

Has strong experience and knowledge of Excel and smart sheets

Has previously supported the PMO with scrum organization, budget allocation, resource allocation, quarterly planning tasks, individual team task coordination

Has exceptional communication and is an extremely organized person

Have the ability to understand technical processes, be able to implement new process tasks, team retrospectives and team processes

Has a strong financial background

Experience calling on surgeons, OR directors, nurse managers, clinical coordinators, nurse educators, and materials management administrators.

Exceed quota expectations as established by management

Manage the full breadth of products in your territory

2 + years of medical/surgical device sales experience, including operating room experience.

You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Professional sales experience with formal sales training

2-3 years working experience in an account management or similar role

Ability to independently manage a pipeline and funnel to achieve revenue and retention targets

Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Ability to think strategically about how to progress opportunities through a funnel

Can balance and organize a high volume of new opportunities and current deals
