2-3 years related customer service experience is a definite asset.

3 years’ experience in interior/exterior project sales and management;

Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offer;

Solid computer skills in recognized specialized design software (2020) and Microsoft Office suite;

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Collaborate with other departments such as finance and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

2+ years of experience in customer service, manufacturing, or logistics.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and team members at all levels.

Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Strong skills in project management practices and methods

Strong team management skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing conditions and tight deadlines

Provide technical management and guidance to department for assigned projects, tasks and deliverables

Support in the development of policies, asset management plans, and area-specific transportation studies and strategies

Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D design/drafting software

Assess existing conditions, consult with stakeholders, review regulatory requirements and City policies

• Knowledge of Tradeshow, LTL, FTL and Air Freight, as well as other supply chain management solutions.

• Time management and multitasking skills is a must.

The specific tasks, duties, and responsibilities that commonly define the Logistics Sales Representative is listed below:

• Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients

• Minimum 2+ year’s logistics sales experience.

• Must have experience successfully managing and run book of business in US and Canadian markets.

5 years of relevant project management experience

Leadership and project management skills to lead project teams in development of project scope, financials, deliverables and management of consultants

Completes Feasibility studies on transportation assets (roads, structures, stormwater) in support of asset management and program delivery.

Combination of education and experience may be considered

Strong communication (verbal and written) to present project recommendations to senior management, Council, approval agencies and at public information meetings

Strong technical knowledge of transportation infrastructure and related assets (structures, roads and stormwater)
