Travel industry experience (Corporate Travel, Event Management, Special Projects) OR

A task management talent where juggling multiple things at the same time without dropping any is 2nd nature

Entry level experience (Junior+) in Travel ( a Travel / Tourism graduate)

A solid knowledge working with various tech such as: Microsoft Office, GDS (Sabre preferably), Smartsheet, Reporting software, Trip tracking software etc.

Assist Manager with hiring and mentoring Crew travel Coordinators to establish a strong knowledge team.

Oversight and management of Crew Travel Coordinator schedule and shift coverage.

Provide subject matter expert feedback to management regarding Crew Travel procedures during negotiations periods.

Investigate and provide feedback on supplier issues to crew, management, and/or other departments.

Identify areas of non-conformance/non-compliance and report to Manager, Crew Scheduling & Travel.

Identify existing areas of improvement and provide feedback to Manager.
