Student Centre Education Coordinator Jobs

Strong phone skills and experience in customer service (experience in sales is preferred)

Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset

Experience tutoring with Canadian curriculum

Work in an educational environment dealing with students

Experience with billing cycles is an asset

Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)

Responsible for project management related to the development of the ATM-SBME certificate program

Provides general day-to-day support related to ATM education programming, as required, to the ATM manager and co-directors

Demonstrates a commitment to enhancing one’s own awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Works with other UBC departments, faculties and external partners to coordinate all aspects of cross-departmental and/or cross-faculty education initiatives

Responds to inquiries and requests from education programming participants and provides guidance and direction to help access program information

This position is a two year term with a possibility for an extension.
