Experience as a Program Coordinator or relevant position with a focus in event planning;

Excellent oral communication and presentation skills;

Extensive experience in drafting correspondence and preparing reports;

Use remote sensing and satellite imagery, interpreting data to create quality Farmers Edge zone maps by fields, using proprietary software.

Provide support in collecting and completing contract requirements with growers.

Strong understanding of Agronomy/Precision Agronomy, including regional farming practices, knowledge of fertilizer and seed, drainage regulations and farm equipment

Previous experience doing data collection for R&D purposes, growth staging, recognizing disease, weeds, growth, and other environmental pressures.

Interpret soil test results from Farmers Edge Labs or chosen regional contract laboratory.

Traveling within the region to meet with growers (when conditions permit)

Participates in the Knowledge Management (Mobilization/Translation) Strategy at CANTRAIN (5%).

University level education (BA, BSc) in adult education, health sciences, public health, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated experience with and ability to design and execute engaging, and useful virtual and in-person educational and capacity building initiatives.

Development of content for education and capacity building programs to integrate CANTRAIN educational, experiential and mentorship activities (20%).

Collaborates with CANTRAIN Clinical Research Educators to develop integrated program offerings (training + experiential + mentoring) that are complementary.

Working ability in both English and French, depending on regional requirements.

More than 10 years of experience in network administration (management, development and delivering of network architecture design)

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Knowledge of French is considered an asset)

Collaborate with and support internal and external stakeholders regarding the definition of business requirements and the administration of the company’s network

Manage and establish priorities for the architectural design, deployment, maintenance, development and evaluation of all network infrastructures

Extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and GPO deployment

Proven analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Experience in designing, validating and installing a winning sales strategy

Experience in leading advisors or a sales force that are primarily independent business owners

University Degree in Finance or Business

Completion of CSC, CPH and Branch Manager Courses

Associate Vice President, Advisory Services Accountabilities:

Participate in the development of specific long term and short-term strategies to deliver on our Wealth and ATB targets

Post-secondary diploma or certification in education, child development, programplanning, community development or equivalent

Reporting to the Alberta Provincial Manager, the Provincial Coordinator’s key responsibilities

Achieve annual performance targets established by the Alberta Provincial Manager

Work collaboratively with the Alberta Provincial Manager on matters related to programstatistics, program support, delivery logistics and trainings in southern Alberta

Support the Alberta Provincial Manager in analyzing program statistics for reporting andplanning purposes, as required

Maintain files and other documentation, related to job responsibilities
