At least 10 years of experience in corporate governance, board development, talent management, or a related field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with board members and executive management

Stay current on developments in corporate governance and advise executive management on their implications for the company

Led the talent management strategy, including the talent calibration process, leadership development, training initiatives, and facilitating training sessions.

Serves as an advisor to management for employment-related legal issues and ensures local compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local governance

Forecast and plan the region's talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy in collaboration with Region Leadership

Leads/manages projects and/or participates as a project member

15+ years' experience (postgraduate) and 5+ years' experience in Senior HR leadership within a large operation (manufacturing or similar industry).

Bachelor's degree in Education or Business and Management from a recognized and approved program.

Knowledge of development programs, leadership, and professional education courses.

7 years of experience in professional development functions.

Strong human relations skills and understanding of Saudi Arabian culture.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to consult, coach, counsel, present, and lead meetings.

Experience in organizing and facilitating corporate events.
