Overview A Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and support. They are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They must be able to provide customer feedback to the company and recommend changes to improve customer satisfaction. They must be able to provide training and support to customers. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of customer service or customer success experience
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Experience with customer service software

• Ability to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Ability to provide customer feedback and recommend changes to improve customer satisfaction
