Own the execution of ISO 9001 standards for the sales and Marketing team, including Management of Change SOPs.

Manage site Accessibility report, and number of sites and own the quarterly Accessibility and end-of-year Accessibility report by province.

Manage the Annual Report data process by working with cross-functional teams and external Auditors.

Identify and translate process improvements into system change requirements following ISO 9001 standards and SOPs.

Assess and ensure that customer and employee experience/stakeholder impacts are appropriately managed

Contribute to the application of change management best practices (e.g. stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, change planning, etc.)

Provide recommendations and direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions

Lead and own the project deliverables related to business requirements to meet the needs of the customer, employee, and business

Engage appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage the required outcomes of projects for the business

2-3 years of related experience in business analysis

Strong modelling skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor’s degree in finance or business highly preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of related FP&A or financial reporting experience; Retail or CPG industry experience preferred

Advanced expertise Excel and Financial Systems. SQL and Tableau skills are an asset
