What You Need To Know

Ability to work in a matrix team environment and strong stakeholder management.

At least one year completed in a Bachelor or Master program in Finance or related field*

Good knowledge of the Supply chain and logistics

Good knowledge of trading metal and minerals

Good knowledge of PowerBI, Excel and other BI tools

Ambitious, exciting, and rewarding experience

Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications:

Completed high school education, or equivalent work experience.

Facilitates action to close gaps between client expectations and client experiences in the performance of the Bank and its products.

Basic knowledge learned on the job.

Verbal & written communication skills - Basic (in business environment).

Advanced portfolio management skills, including proven ability to execute sales activities and manage sales pipeline

Well-developed relationship building and teamwork skills

Strong knowledge of the Canadian Commercial Banking marketplace

5+ years of commercial banking experience

Undergraduate degree in business or economics or equivalent work experience

Strong PC skills are necessary, including a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and all commercial systems and platforms

Strong credit skills and credit experience

Strong negotiation skills, and sales/closing capabilities

Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Safeguard the Bank’s assets and liabilities

Execute the Branch Compliance responsibilities as reflected in the Branch Services and Procedures Manual

Manages an assigned credit portfolio for authorizations up to $5MM at an acceptable level of risk
