Supporting all parties to plan, book and utilise appropriate access aligned to associated work activity with maximum efficiency.

Provide solutions and other product offerings through site demos and presentations to customers

Responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining accounts while ensuring client satisfaction

Ensuring the success of our SME accounts through building trust-based relationships within our client organizations

Deep experience with using the Quest migration tool.

Experience with Office 365 migration.

Use the Quest migration tool to consolidate the clients cloud user accounts and data into a single Office 365 tenant.

Migrate relevant computers to the clients Active Directory.

Complete tenant consolidation, including the migration of 500 user accounts and their computers and 600 Exchange mailboxes.

Work closely with the technical SMEs and clients to ensure a smooth migration process.
