2+ year experience in functional end-to-end workflow testing, including test planning and execution.

A Higher Education professional, implementer or business analyst looking to transition into testing the design and configuration of enterprise applications.

5+ years' Experience in software development processes and QA methodologies

Basic understanding and knowledge of Agile and Scrum development cycles

Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through on projects to completion

Defining quality standards and metrics

Working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon

Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on a timely basis

Effective time management skills and ability to set priorities and deadlines

Experience testing mobile/web applications and APIs

Experience using testing tools (Postman, Charles, Chrome Dev Tools, or others)

2 – 5+ years QA experience

Knowledge/familiarity working with social networks (Facebook primarily)

Knowledge of QA methodology and tools

Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables at the same time.

Detailed knowledge of Test automation frameworks

Experience in using Selenium, Unity or similar automation tools

Excellent time and project management, organizational, production planning, scheduling, and analytical skills

3-5 years progressive industrial production (crushing, screening, or mining experience an asset)

Established PC & software skills in Microsoft Office applications

Six Sigma or Lean Certification

Lead safety culture and promote positive change

Installation and commissioning new production equipment and processes
