Overview Public Affairs Coordinators are responsible for managing and coordinating public affairs activities for an organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote the organization’s mission, values, and goals. They also work to build relationships with the public, media, and other stakeholders. Detailed Job Description Public Affairs Coordinators are responsible for developing and implementing public affairs strategies to promote the organization’s mission, values, and goals. They must be able to identify and analyze public opinion and trends, and develop strategies to address them. They must also be able to develop and maintain relationships with the public, media, and other stakeholders. They must be able to create and implement effective communication plans and campaigns, and monitor their effectiveness. They must also be able to develop and manage budgets, and coordinate events and activities. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in public affairs or public relations
• Knowledge of media relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Knowledge

• Knowledge of budgeting and event coordination
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in public affairs or public relations
• Experience in developing and implementing communication plans and campaigns
