Market Learning Manager Jobs

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

Manage learning programs end-to-end, including project plan creation, execution, and tracking of desired outcomes and results;

Shape the guidelines, standards, and expectations for the creation of learning materials to ensure uniformity across all internal learning offerings;

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners necessary for learning programs and initiatives;

Monitor programs quantitatively and qualitatively to ensure they are effective, improve the learner experience and deliver value to the business;

Minimum 3-5 years of similar or related experience, with exposure to content design for various audiences.

Have experience monitoring project tasks and deliverables through Asana or other project management tools.

Organize workshops and webinars to deliver practical advice on program development, design, and delivery under Palette’s Model for Upskilling.

Work closely with the Palette Skills Operation Team to leverage their program expertise to inform, adapt and develop resources.

Track expenditures and manage the budget for the Learning Sandbox.

Manage contractors to support translation or document design, as needed.

Work across teams at Palette Skills, including the internal programs team, operations team, marketing, and communications.

Management: 2+ years demonstrated people and/or project management experience (people management preferred but not required)

Manage a P&L while driving year over year growth in revenue and profit margin, as well as

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Recruiting: In-depth knowledge or expertise in the staffing industry or full life-cycle recruitment

Operations: Experience managing a P&L

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Strong project management skills and experience; critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.

University or college degree/diploma or certification and expertise in adult education, workplace learning or related field.

Work with business partners and collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to help build solutions aligned to business requirements.

Build learning sustainment strategies to enhance the learner experience, boost retention and ensure application.
