Experience in Frontend and Backend technologies such as HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, React, Node, and Java

Experience in working with RDMBS and NoSQL Database

Experience in Monitoring / Logging tools such as New Relic, Devo, Dynatrace

Experience in Test Driven Technologies such as TDM, Mockito (Java)

BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience

8+ years of software engineering and/or work related industry experience

Skilled at building user-facing software and supporting systems and libraries for the web and/or desktop

You will own relationships with other engineering teams and collaborate with other functions within Dropbox

Previous success developing and shipping a large-scale web application with a user-empathetic mindset

You can handle full-stack projects and are able to build a minimum working product quickly

2+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer.

Very strong problem solving skills in data structures, algorithms, and optimization

Full Stack Software Engineer (Contract)

* Full Stack Development with Java (Spring Boot) and TypeScript (React)

* Navigate linked SQL tables and stored procedures to consume and display various financial data

Implement major new features for the web app and make performance / reliability improvements.

Work across both frontend as well as backend stack - with higher focus on the frontend development.

Analyzes technology and architectural choices and presents to engineering and product management for review.

Write and communicate guidelines for common components and frameworks to product architect and other senior managers.

2+ years software development experience with at least one of the following programming language: Go, C++, Java.

1+ years design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.

Development Experience with K8s, Service Mesh(e.g. Istio. Envoy, Dapr) & Microservice is an asset.

Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external people.
