Electrical Building Systems Technologist Jobs

2+ years of experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting

Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming

Experience in the oil and gas industry is considered an asset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of PLC control, design, and automation is considered an asset

Support the identification and resolution of qualification, certification and safety issues;

Ensure that the technical solution meets the customer, legislative and business requirements;

Support the production of project technical documentation in line with project requirements.

Opportunity to learn and develop Electrical/Electronic skills as part of a team developing a cutting-edge system.

Knowledge of whole project lifecycle, from bids and proposals through to in-service support (ideally from within the defence sector).

Hands-on experience of developing electronics and understanding of good practice and the application of safety standards
