The Work You Will Do

Guaranteed hours, higher wages and extended health benefits are offered to FULL TIME CARE PROFESSIONALS

Only current residents of Saskatoon and area are considered for employment offers.

One full year experience driving in Saskatoon

Wages range from $16.25 - $17.50 per hour.

Compensation includes mileage @ $0.68 per km, vacation pay, WCB coverage.

Candidates with Continuing Care Aide Certificate, LPN or RN are considered for differential wages.

Health insurance – Group medical benefits with employer contributions

Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills

CCA certification is an asset but not required

Job training - Initial and on-going job training

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license are required for this role

Has experience in the medical/home care field

Must have experience providing Personal Care (bathing, toileting and grooming of seniors)

Must be living in the lower mainland and have residency or a valid work permit (we do not offer sponsorship)

Mentoring and paid educational workshops on a weekly basis provided!

Personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming

Meal Preparation and light house keeping

Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner

Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen

Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)

Job training - Initial and ongoing job training is provided, including specialized training opportunities

Flexible schedules - Shifts range from 3 to 12 hours long and occur on a weekly ongoing basis.
