MUST HAVE PREVIOUS STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Uphold our commitment to quality by following standard recipes and brewing methods to deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.

Engage with customers to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction with their orders.

Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso-based beverages.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.

Must meet the legal requirements for working in Abbotsford, BC.

Greet customers as they enter

Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients

Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)

Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins

Pizza Daversa is looking to hire an experienced barista to join our team!

The market hours are Thursdays (8am-3pm) & Saturdays (7am-3:30pm) so our shift hours will be similar.

Also, we will be opening on Tuesdays beginning in June.
