5+ years experience as a Project Manager in high-rise buildings

Show competence with various Project Management software programs and MS Office products

Ensure that project engineering is in accordance with the documents and contractual requirements.

Ensure the procurement of equipment;

Participate in project start-up and closing meetings;

Guide all the electrical operations of a project;

Must have a 309A Electrical Licence

Perform risk analysis and contract management responsibilities as required;

Vendor management and acquisition of necessary materials and equipment;

Review and approve estimates produced by Service Managers, Technicians, and Foremen;

Manage and update project performance forecasts;

Cultivate and manage vendor and partner relationships;

3+ years of project management and estimating experience in the electrical industry

Report regularly to management team

Coordinate closely with project management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; combination of relevant

Education and experience considered in lieu of degree

Develop and maintain key project documents as required: Project execution plan, project schedule, risk management plan and risk register

Chair project meetings including kick-offs, planning, progress updates, change management, reviews with clients and lessons learned

Provide weekly, biweekly, or monthly project status report to clients and executive management team

Engineering Degree (preferably in Electrical), or graduate of an engineering technical diploma or construction management diploma

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset

Continuous training and skills improvement including Spark U and external training certifications

Project Engineering/ Project Management experience

5+ of E&I experience in a heavy industrial setting

Experience working on EPCM projects

Experience developing a scope of work, budget, and schedule
