Experience with reporting to leadership, stakeholder, and management in a large complex organization

Additional experience at the team of team’s level as an Agile Project Manager or Release Train Engineer

Proven ability leading multi-team release planning and execution dependency management

Experience leading agile delivery at the team level as a Scrum Master

Previous experience coaching agile teams at various levels

Formal certification in PMP SAFe Scrum preferred

Experience in managing internal expectation and communication with all stakeholders and management;

Ensure In Service Support program is executed within compliance with specifications, performance requirements, schedules, cost commitments, and internal policies and procedures;

Provide and offer after-sales technical support solutions.

Review project performance against milestones and budget;

Strong organizational, planning, documentation, and knowledge management skills

Strong understanding of project management frameworks including Kanban and Scrum

Eliciting business requirements and translating them into concise, prioritized epics and actionable tasks for developers

Ensuring that projects are meeting all requirements, that they share project projections on blockers and deadlines and are well documented

Minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating successful software projects

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Provie coaching and mentorship on Project Management and Delivery practices to less experienced Project Managers

10+ years of Project Management experience

Deliver initiatives using appropriate Project Management methodology, including Agile; this includes managing daily scrums and other key agile ceremonies

Manage project teams offering agile coaching and guidance

Report issues and escalate to management for solutions as needed

Remote (with occasional visits to the Niagara office)

Experience in Business Process Re-Engineering & Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Experience leading an Agile Transformation within a matrix environment

Strong problem-solving and communication skills; comfort with facilitating workshops and presenting to various audiences

Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Agile (Scrum & Kanban), Excel & Powerpoint

Develop and implement processes to accelerate project delivery and streamline ways of working

SharePoint team site administration and records management

Experience and certifications in agile scrum methodologies (minimum 5 years)

Stay up to date on company standards and requirements related to record-keeping.

Solid interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization

Work closely with the Agile teams to implement and maintain the Scrum framework.

Support the facilitation of Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

Meticulous planning ability and experience with defining complex transformation project requirements based on business inputs and own analysis

Proven customer support experience (Flights or Cars)

Experience monitoring and interpreting metrics, stepping back, connecting the dots and proactively take action upon

Strong analytical skill with a data-driven mindset

Strategic Account Management certification strongly preferred
