Specialty Dealer Training Provided with Certification

Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements

Journeyperson Automotive or Agricultural Equipment Technician experience is preferred

Journeyperson HVAC Technician or Electrician experience is preferred

Strong diagnostic ability, including trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills is required

Experience working in a dealership specializing in Chrysler and Dodge, light and medium duty truck (gasoline and diesel) is beneficial

Performing other duties/special projects as assigned by management.

Basic knowledge of the fastener industry is preferred.

Pneumatic and hydraulic tool experience preferred.

Assumes responsibility for providing tooling technical support and information to customers and inside personnel.

To evaluate, estimate and repair installation tools.

Repairing rivet and threaded insert tools.

Deep knowledge of various design and construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, contract law, and relevant legislation

Provide senior oversight and technical leadership to the change management process, payment certificates and other contract or project related administrative documents.

Oversee the control of project related documents and deliver all work in accordance with our Quality Management System and procedures.

Lead client and project meetings. Manage multiple stakeholders and communication streams.

Serve as the firm’s Account Manager, building credibility and trust with key Heavy Rail clients through individual expertise and team performance.

A university degree or college diploma in engineering (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)

Time management and organizational skills

Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the Manager

Red Seal certification is required

Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience with industry specific equipment

Previous experience with Sandvik equipment is considered an asset

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work remotely in adverse weather conditions. Job tasks may be physically demanding lifting up to 50 lbs.

Experience in repair/maintenance of heavy equipment

Some positions may require the ability to travel and meet customer site requirements

Experience with Komatsu equipment is considered an asset

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Performing assemblies, preventative maintenance, repairs, and complete overhauls on heavy equipment.
