Recruit and hire teachers and other staff

Direct, through subordinate staff, research and curriculum development

You have a basic knowledge of financial management skills, including cash management and banking.

You are a capable people manager and leader with proven experience in recruitment, selection, retention, staff development and disciplinary procedures.

Manage team development through training, coaching, and reviewing the teams performance

You demonstrated outstanding customer service skills

You have 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a similar role, ideally in the food service or hospitality industry

Strong technical/computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies and Learning Management Systems are required

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, or hotel management in a supervisory or management role

Language of Hospitality Management in Canada

A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field; a Master's is preferred

Minimum 1 year teaching experience is required; mathematics, accounting, finance teaching is an asset

Proven commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Decolonization practice including knowledge and experience of working with diverse communities

0-3 years of relevant experience

Performs other duties as assigned.

Proven success in managing multi-site store locations with volumes of $1M.
