How To Become an Casual Continuing Care Assistants: To become a Casual Continuing Care Assistant, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. It is also beneficial to have experience working with individuals with disabilities. Casual Continuing Care Assistants Skills: Casual Continuing Care Assistants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Casual Continuing Care Assistants Knowledge: Casual Continuing Care Assistants must have knowledge of medical terminology, basic first aid, and safety procedures.
