Position Overview:
Join the Finning Canada family, part of the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer. We are currently looking for a dedicated Parts Warehouseperson to join our busy team in Regina. As the Parts Warehouse Person, your duties include (but are not limited to): shipping and receiving of Caterpillar parts and components as well as general warehouse maintenance, housekeeping duties and assisting with inventory control

:

• Sorting and binning incoming stock
• Perform daily inspections of tooling and small equipment as well as replenish warehouse supplies as needed
• Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
• Participate in annual cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy
• Accurately sort and assign bin location for incoming stock.
• Accurately identify and clean equipment parts and attachments prior to stocking
• Hose building may be required.
• Perform minor assembly and refurbishment as required.
• Maintain warehouse and yard storage areas to align with Finning housekeeping standards and to ensure a safe work environment
• Picking customer and branch parts orders
• Loading and unloading of the parts trucks

Qualifications:

• Hold or be willing to achieve crane, forklift and related safety training certifications such as WHIMS and TDG.
• Previous parts warehousing and/or heavy equipment experience would be considered an asset.
• Minimum grade 12 education
• A strong commitment to safety is imperative
