Easy Choice Carpet Care Inc. is currently seeking a highly driven Sales Representative on a part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are looking to increase their monthly earnings while maintaining their schedule flexibility.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to earn uncapped income based on your sales performance.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing customers, creating sales plans, and executing strategies to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Actively seek out new leads and generate sales opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans to increase sales volume.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for business growth.


Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the carpet care or related industry.
  • Availability to attend trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $25,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
