We are currently searching for a Truck Wash Attendant to join our team.

Position Description:

• Hand wash trucks. Includes apply cleaning chemicals, scrub trucks manually using extended brush, rinse trucks manually.
• Spray rims and clean dirt from tires and rims thoroughly.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on Truck Wash, pressure washer, water treatment system and related equipment. Includes weekly cleaning of the trench, remove all grates, collection and disposal of solids, remove sand, and clear the inlet screen. Weekly grease of wash wagon, and spray arch, weekly inspection and cleaning of photo cells and proximately sensors. Check and adjust electric motor belts, check and torque all fasteners as per OEM recommendations.
• Apply Lock Out / Tag out as required to perform tasks and use proper PPE.
• Remove car mats and wash and shake debris out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Clean all windows including rear windows.
• Removing residual garbage. Includes entering the packer and manually remove excess garbage from behind the packer blades, from the cavity surrounding cylinders, from traps and all other areas of the packer.
• Manage supplies of chemicals and supplies. Includes storage, replenish and inventory management.
• Remove waste from truck cabs and interiors. Includes removal of food waste, cups, paper and any other debris.
• Perform post PM Inspection repairs to Truck Wash and Equipment as required.
• Daily drive commercial trucks though touchless truck wash system safely.
• Use chemicals to wipe down interior of truck.

Skills And Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge and Ability to operate pressure washing equipment.
• Physically fit, must be able to lift up to 50 Ibs. on regular basis
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, dependable.
• Valid DZ licence, clean drivers abstract with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a driver position.
