Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Yorkton, SK. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients, providing exceptional customer service, making reservations, and ensuring that clients have a seamless travel experience.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Travel, Travel Arranging and Retail Sales
  • Experience in making reservations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field is an asset
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
