Our BC-based partner requires the need of a Senior Systems Administrator to support and maintain the DocuSign platform spanning end-user support, provisioning, template support, reporting, and system operations, including platform availability, change management, and technical documentation.
Additionally, they will provide the following services:
- Provide written reports on work completed and reports. Escalate roadblocks proactively to the Project lead.
- Provide planning input for platform management, including demand, roadmap, and vendor practices.
- Effective communication skills are required for working with end users.
- Develop and execute a knowledge transition plan to ensure a seamless transition to platform analyst.
- Lead eSignature design, configuration, and validation activities required to meet organizations' requirements.
Required Experience:
- Maintenance of user permissions and groups - add, edit, and remove permissions for all users within the DocuSign account.
- Experience providing the first point of support for workflow and permission needs.
- Primary contact for reaching out to DocuSign support for specific services or training questions.
- Document workflow management – technical implementation of approval workflows for documents.
- Reports - creation, scheduling, and support for report requests.
- Knowledge of the JIRA Service Desk and Healthcare domain would be considered beneficial in this role.
- Document template management – publication and removal of document templates.
- Use of the test environment to publish and validate templates and workflows provided by end users.
