We work on a diverse range of projects, including single and multi family homes, condominium and apartment buildings and commercial properties. We are a sister company to Cynthia Construction Inc. and work may be requested between both companies.

Position: Stucco Plasterer

As a Stucco Plasterer you will play a crucial role in creating durable stucco finishes for various projects. Your attention to detail, precision, and passion for your craft will help us maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize tools and equipment efficiently to ensure high-quality results
• Prepare surfaces for stucco application by cleaning and repairing as needed
• Mix and apply stucco coats to achieve desired textures and finishes
• Apply stucco finishes to both new construction and renovation projects (Acrylic, Conventional and EIFS)
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in stucco application, including various textures and finishes
• Commitment to producing quality work
• Knowledge of surface preparation and repair techniques
• Must have own tools and safety equipment (hard hat, safety vest and boots)
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials as required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience as a stucco plasterer in the construction industry for 3+ years
