Position Overview

Sr. Full Stack Developer is responsible for helping to develop a portfolio of products, including multiple web applications, mobile applications, reporting solutions, and more. By joining the Deighton team, you get the opportunity to lead the development of various sets of tools that can span Frontend, Backend, and Mobile Apps, across different areas of Asset Management and Operations. This role should be results-oriented, comfortable working as part of an Agile team, and thrive on developing systems that are of high quality. • Motivate, mentor, and train developers across teams, improving work quality and optimizing performance.
• Contribute towards the rotation support process as defined by the team.
• Implement and drive continuous integration & continuous delivery approach for deployments.
• Evaluate business processes, make recommendations, and implement system design enhancements/changes.
• Should focus on TDD approach.
• Provide input into project timelines, estimation, and roadmap.
• Act as a team mentor, helping them troubleshoot issues and remove their technical roadblock.
• Work closely with the Other Development team, QA, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and other stakeholders to deliver the development tasks.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure design and development process/standards compliance.

Required Skills

• 2+ Years of experience building mobile apps using Ionic/Cordova or React Native.
• 5+ Years exp with MVC and MVVM
• 7+ Years of experience in Database technologies like SQL Server, MongoDB
• 4+ Years of Experience with a frontend framework (Angular or React preferred).
• 7+ Years of experience working on applications built on Microsoft .Net Tech stack.
• 2+ years of experience in building apps that run on Azure.
• 7+ Years of Experience in Software Development
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment.
• Experience in delivering Enterprise cloud-native and hybrid solutions.
• MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of experience as a senior .NET developer
• 2+ years of experience working on GraphQL
• 5+ Years of exp with JavaScript and jQuery, and typescript.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Node and NEST
• Experience with Azure Windows Workflow Foundation.
• Experience with MEAN or MERN stack
• Experience working with SQL Spatial Data
