Job Description

Looking for an experienceSocial Media Managerto join our team. This individual should have experience with content creation, all social media channels, increasing engagement and managing analytics. This role is based in office and all necessary material will be provided.


Duties:

  • Work with the Marketing team to generate monthly content calendar.
  • Manage inbox requests, inquiries and messages with necessary responses.
  • Manage social accounts for two brands,Corrie George and YESA
  • Responsible for management of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Rumble, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand's goals and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Production Team to create visually appealing graphics, videos and reels that communicate properly to our target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
  • Continue to increase the engagement on the Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Rumble, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter accounts.
  • Communicate with the External Marketing Director to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Writing and formatting captivating social media posts to ensure we have appropriate online brand presence.


Requirements/Qualifications:


The ideal candidate is someone who can take direction, execute assigned tasks and will create engaging social media feeds across all utilized platforms.


  • Minimum of 1 year of Social Media Management experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An ability to review Social Media analytics and data to ensure KPIs are met.
  • In office position, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm
  • Must have proven track record of growing followers and increasing engagement.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization principles and content optimization techniques.


This is an in-office position. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
