Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Shift Manager to grow our leadership team in Regina. As a Shift Manager, you’re committed to being your best self and working with integrity as you learn how to operate multimillion-dollar restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will:
  • Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
  • Exemplify exceptional leadership skills. Using our core values, you take a stand for yourself, your career, and the way you lead.
  • Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
  • Consistently coach others. Support employees with potential issues and resolutions in order to ensure the highest profitability and smoothest operation. Train employees on delivery of irresistible food and drink, while engaging in authentic conversation.
What we need from you:
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • 3 years of restaurant experience, with 1 year in a leadership-focused role.
  • A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
  • The ability to legally work in Canada.
