Allied Universal® is hosting a Job Fair to hire Temporary Security Guards for Events!!!


Date: Tuesday Jule 25th 2023


Time: 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM


Venue: Suite 200; 29 Gervais Dr, North York, ON M3C 1Z1


What to bring: Resume/Valid Ontario Security Guard License/ First Aid Certificate/Government issued ID


Skill Requirements : Security Guard License, First AID/CPR & Smart Serve Licence


We Offer: Pay-rate $18.00 per hour


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 kilograms
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Be at least 20 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Able to:
  • Licensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.
