We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a background in software development and the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, and the definition of done. They should also be familiar with other Agile frameworks, such as Crystal and XP.

Responsibilities:

• Help the product owner with the product backlog grooming, prioritization and refinement.
• Ensure that the development team is fully engaged and motivated throughout the sprint.
• Guide and coach the development team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high-quality products.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating experimentation, learning, and sharing of best practices.
• Communicate and report on team progress and metrics to stakeholders, including the product owner and upper management.
• Identify and remove impediments, such as technical debt or team conflicts, that might prevent the team from achieving its goals.
• Work closely with other Scrum Masters to coordinate cross-team dependencies and alignment of deliverables.
• Facilitate the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in a Scrum Master role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Proven ability to facilitate collaboration and consensus-building across teams.
• Minimum 5 years in Banking Domain - Must
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in the banking domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
