skilled and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.



As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving


revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible


for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering


relationships with potential clients, and providing exceptional


customer service. Your ability to understand customer needs, present


our roofing solutions effectively, and close sales will be key to your


success in this role.


Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various


channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients,


understanding their needs and presenting suitable roofing solutions.


  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase


the features and benefits of our roofing services.


  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring they align with


company policies and profitability goals.


  • Collaborate with the estimating team to provide accurate and


timely quotes to clients.


  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives on a


consistent basis.


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and


competitors' offerings.


  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process


and beyond, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of


projects from sales to operations.


Requirements


  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing


or construction industry.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability


to build rapport and establish trust with clients.


  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric


approach.


  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving and


exceeding sales goals.


  • Knowledge of flat roofing systems and the ability to effectively


communicate their benefits to clients.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating


with internal stakeholders.


  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
