Job Description
This is a contract position for a CAMP - Project Manager Leader - Senior for our public sector client.
Work location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Nine Months
7.25 hours/day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating ITS and JTS resources (e.g., networking team re: IP addresses, certificate generation team, domain administration group, CCPay, and any other relevant parties) to support project activities (e.g., domain name, certificate signing)
  • Participate/Lead in lessons-learned sessions
  • Project Management
  • Business Requirements Documentation
  • Act as liaison between ITS resources, vendor and CAMP project team in resolving technical issues/concerns
  • Contribute and support build/requirements gathering with vendor when possible (Thomson Reuters)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
  • Architecture Review Board – Materials & Documentation
  • Touchpoints, Scrums, Project Updates
  • Working with the unit/branch in ITS that supports the implementation of a Public Portal
  • Status Updates for Governance Committees
  • Promotes OPS I&IT standards and best practices for project management to facilitate control of system quality, adherence to standard methodology and the control of the use of I&IT resources.
  • I&IT Process/Activity Workplan
  • Submitting and coordinating CRQ requests through eSMT
  • May assist with some Business and Functionality Testing
  • Supporting project architect with ongoing activities needed for upcoming phases (e.g., architecture report back, delta TRA, delta PIA, pen test, etc.)
Qualifications
Demonstrated interpersonal and consultation skills to communicate project deliverables and build strong project teams and client relationships
Excellent Presentation skills, writing skills, negotiating skills
Demonstrated experience in negotiating with business stakeholders on
Experience in documenting project status reports, project tracking for resources, finances, progress, issues and risks
Working knowledge of technical and logical architectures of enterprise-wide applications involving integration with case management applications, online portals, enterprise service bus middleware, cross domain application integration such as Java and .NET
Ability to work with integrated cross competency teams including (but not limited to) business, IT, infrastructure, vendors and 3rd party applications
