Job Description

Red Pine Cleaning is looking to hire a new staff member starting by August 1st but the right candidate can start right away. The job is part-time and the hours range from 40-44 hours per 2 week period, but full-time hours can be expected within the next 6 months. Our ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of house cleaning experience, you will be trained for a minimum of 2 weeks to meet our company standards. We have high standards for cleaning within our company so attention for detail is critical for this job. Cleaning supplies will be provided by the company. Your wage will be $20/hour for the training period, after the training period it will be $23/hour for the first 6 months probationary period and then $25/hour after the first 6 months. Tips are added on.


This is a physically demanding job, candidate must be capable of walking, moving small furniture as necessary, standing and cleaning for a lengthy period of time.

The job is Monday- Friday no weekends or evenings, start time 9 am each morning. We have a minimum of 2 -maximum 3 houses each day, you are paid for the driving time in between the houses.

It is preferable that our new team member is easy-going, has a willingness to earn the trust of our clients, good sense of humor, and overall can mesh well within our company.

I started this company by myself and worked hard to earn the trust of all of our clients, I have a passion for cleaning but most of all I have a passion to help our clients by keeping their homes clean and clutter free. I have learned all the tricks and techniques to tackling each persons home and I love sharing these tips and tricks. I have a mutual relationship with all of our clients based off of respect and trust. It's very important to me our new team member understands that this isn't just a cleaning job it's helping families and people have a little less stress in their life and make their lives a little easier.


Are you the ideal candidate?

Must have a passion for cleaning and helping our wonderful clients.

Previous experience strongly preferred to make sure the training process and transition into our team flows smoothly.

Must be willing to follow direction, and accept positive and negative feedback. Must be able to work as part of a team but also by yourself.

Cannot have allergies or fear of animals, most of our clients have dogs and cats.

Must have a reliable working vehicle, and be willing to drive in winter conditions. Please do not apply if you don't have a working vehicle.

Must be able to communicate in English and have overall excellent communication skills.

Must be legal to work in Canada.

MUST be reliable, this is a close knit team who directly rely on each other to get the job done.

Must be trustworthy, mature, flexible, great at attention to detail.
