Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Chef, affaires réglementaires pour compléter notre belle équipe.
Vous serez responsable de plusieurs projets supers stimulants :
- Interagir avec différents partenaires pour fournir une orientation stratégique, afin d'assurer l'uniformité et la conformité de l'étiquetage des produits;
- Gérer les mises à jour de l’innocuité des monographies de produits;
- Fournir une orientation stratégique en matière d'étiquetage concernant le contenu approprié des documents d'étiquetage selon Santé Canada;
- Collaborer avec les départements internes, notamment la chaine d’approvisionnement, le marketing et les opérations commerciales, pour livrer les visuels des étiquettes et respecter les délais;
- Assurer la distribution de la documentation préparatoire, la détermination des enjeux à discuter et le suivi des mesures à prendre pour compléter la résolution;
- S’assurer que la conformité des étiquettes est à jour avec la réglementation;
- Comprendre le processus et les exigences d’audit BPM;
- Se tenir à jour des connaissances des SOP, des lignes directrices et des instructions de travail applicables de l'entreprise en ce qui a trait à l'étiquetage des produits;
- Fournir du leadership et de l’aide pour le développement, la révision, l’approbation et le maintien des étiquettes des produits attribués;
Vos compétences et votre savoir-être pour être heureux dans ce travail :
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience (industrie pharmaceutique, un atout);
- Habile en communication et négociation;
- Une expérience réglementaire en produit naturels est un atout.
- Fortes aptitudes pour la résolution de problème;
- Rigueur, minutie, axée sur les détails.
- Baccalauréat en sciences ou toute autre formation pertinente;
- Expérience en gestion d’équipe et de projets;
- Parfaitement bilingue (parlé et écrit);

We are currently looking for an Associate in Regulatory Affairs to join our team in Regulatory Affairs. Reporting to the Manager of Regulatory Affairs-Labelling, you will support the company's milestones on a wide range of natural health products for submissions in Canada.
You will be responsible of various exciting projects:
- Understand the BPM audit process and requirements.
- Interact with various partners to provide strategic direction to ensure consistency and compliance of product labeling.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable company SOPs, guidelines, and work instructions as they relate to product labeling.
- Manage safety updates to product monographs.
- Ensure distribution of preparatory documentation, identification of issues to be discussed and follow-up on actions to be taken to complete resolution.
- Provide leadership and support in the development, review, approval, and maintenance of assigned product labels.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including supply chain, marketing, and business operations, to deliver label visuals and meet deadlines.
- Ensure label compliance is up to date with regulations.
- Provide strategic labelling guidance on the appropriate content of Health Canada labelling documents.
To succeed and be happy in this position, it is important to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Thoroughness, attention to detail.
- Fluently bilingual (spoken and written).
- Experience in team and project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in science or other relevant training.
- Regulatory experience in natural products is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years' experience (pharmaceutical industry, an asset).
