AGENT TASKS/DUTIES:

• Show and Sell Homes

• Conduct and Attend inspections and revisits

• Book Listing Appointments, and Sign Listings

• Run Lead Generation Programs for Buyers and Sellers

• Facilitate buyer door knocking and flying for lead agent

• communicate with buyers directly regarding their wish list to ensure we are prospecting for them

• Attend and Conduct Open Houses

• Circle Prospecting for Open Houses
