Your Role

We're currently seeking a React Full-Stack Developer to join our rapidly growing team - one that has a passion for deriving actionable insights. The React Full-Stack Developer will effectively work on website projects. The ideal candidate will be ambitious with an expansive mind for approaching projects strategically and practically.

• Experienced with front-end technologies: You have a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with modern front-end development tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm.
• Strong problem-solving skills: You can quickly and effectively analyze problems, develop creative solutions, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Team player: You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to work well with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders.
• Adaptable: You are flexible and able to adapt to new requirements and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented: You pay close attention to detail, ensuring that your work is accurate, consistent, and of high quality.
• Proficient in React JS: You have a strong understanding of React JS, its core principles, and experience in building scalable web applications using this technology.
• Familiar with version control: You have experience using version control systems like Git to manage your codebase.
• Continuous learner: You stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of web development, particularly in the React JS ecosystem.
• Knowledge of best practices: You are aware of and follow industry best practices, including code organization, testing, and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or you have acquired relevant skills and experience through self-study and practical application.

What You Will Be Doing

• Code maintenance: Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Developing user interfaces: Create engaging and interactive web applications using React JS library.
• Documentation: Write clear and concise documentation for components and application features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other team members to implement designs and integrate APIs.
• Performance optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize components to ensure smooth user experience.
• Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.
• Component design: Design and implement reusable, testable, and efficient components for application development.
• Accessibility: Ensure the application is accessible to users with disabilities by following best practices and guidelines.
• Testing: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality of the application.
• Keeping up-to-date: Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in React JS and related technologies.
• Code reviews: Participate in code review sessions to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
