Job Description

Together with our business partners, we ensure our patients can trust that our medicines are safe and compliant. As part of the Canadian Country Quality Team, this role is critical in ensuring the timely release of medicines in compliance to Canadian standards.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensure full batch record review is completed yearly for non-MRA products with QOP
  • Support product launches and site transfers ensuring all documents and QA systems are in place for release.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure appropriate testing and release schedule and priorities, in accordance with defined/approved specifications and all applicable regulations and Novartis policies and procedures.
  • Timely review of batch documents and release of commercial products
  • Oversee and support deviation investigations to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and joint teamwork.

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:
  • Digital mindset SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
  • Experience associating with Health Canada through inspections or communications
  • Sound knowledge of Canadian GMP/GDP
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical operations regarding manufacturing process and regulations.
  • 1 -2 years of experience within a Pharmaceutical , Biotech or equivalent business
  • Working with x-functional teams
  • Fluent in English and French
