We are dedicated to improving the quality of patient care by providing innovative and effective healthcare solutions. : We are seeking an experienced and motivated QA Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our healthcare software products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, and a proven track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
• Collaborate with the development team to understand and anticipate testing requirements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends and technologies
• Create and execute comprehensive test cases to validate software functionality
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing scripts using Selenium
• Analyze and report test results and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Java and Selenium
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing
