Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Data Projects and Artificial Intelligence)

Job Summary:

• As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering complex data and AI projects from initiation to completion.
• Your exceptional leadership, communication, and technical expertise will be crucial in guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives within specified timelines and budgets.
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing data projects and implementing artificial intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead the planning and execution of data projects and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Identify resource requirements, allocate tasks, and manage project resources efficiently.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and constraints.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and senior management.

Risk Management:

• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to data projects and AI implementations.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.

Communication:

• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and project reviews.
• Communicate project progress, status, and updates effectively to stakeholders and senior management.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet high standards and project objectives.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models and data-related solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within data project management and AI implementation practices.
• Drive best practices and share lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes.

Requirements:

• PMP or other project management certifications are desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data management, data analysis, and artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and tools.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading and delivering data projects and AI initiatives.
