Project Manager / Scrum Master

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to help our client perform an E-Commerce implementation. The successful candidate will have strong experience as a Project Manager and also managing E-Commerce projects. This is a part time contract and remote. Must be willing to work during EST business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a methodology that is either Agile or a hybrid Agile (i.e. mix of waterfall and Agile) with iterative development, continuous collaboration, and delivering incremental value.
• Track tasks and assignments using either JIRA or Azure Boards.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, project teams (internal and vendors).
• Manage the implementation of BigCommerce, Infor LN, and integration with different systems.
• Managing the system implementation that would be launched across multiple regions and languages.
• Manage all aspects of the project including external vendors and client project team.
• Exercise your experience with CI/CD to to ensure seamless integration of development, testing, and deployment processes.

Requirements:

• Outstanding communications and leadership skills.
• Experience with middleware integration.
• 12+ years of Project Management or a mix of Project Management and Scrum Master experience in large complex projects.
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Development.
• Solid understanding of software engineering technical principles and practice, skilled at liaising between business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Infor LN, BigCommerce an asset.
• Understanding of software development life cycle.
• PMP certification and/or Agile CSM preferred. .
• Experience managing multiple vendors involved in a project.
• B2B E-Commerce and Supply Chain experience.
