The Project Director, Capital Infrastructure Delivery Office provides oversight for major transportation infrastructure projects. We are looking for leaders with expertise in transportation infrastructure in a northern environment and highly developed cultural and political acumen to direct large, complex projects on Yukon highways, bridges and airports. Essential Qualifications (what we’re looking for in your resume):
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet each of the following qualifications. Please note, selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
  • Significant experience managing large projects, ideally in transportation infrastructure and in a northern environment, including managing employees and contracts;
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Engineering or a relevant discipline*;
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and partners;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is considered an asset.
  • Registered (or eligible for registration) as an Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers of Yukon (APEY) is considered an asset;
