Competitive Salary

The salary range for this position is from $53.80 per hour to $64.26 per hour (approximately $104,910 - $125,307) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $3,700.

Your Duties?

In this role, You would be working with partners across the Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) to assess long and short-term GNWT and departmental needs in order to develop appropriate strategies, programs and initiatives to address those needs. You would be impacting the overall development of human resources, including the government's overall recruitment, retention, and development of a qualified territorial public service.
