  • Identify and resolve issues related to customer experience
  • Analyze the functionality of our web - based software platforms, mobile devices, and backend systems
  • Work in a collaborative, team - based environment in an Agile environment
  • Gain experience with different database technologies, ranging from traditional relational to the latest NoSQL products
  • Work on large scale, cloud - based applications, where performance, reliability, and scalabilit y are critical design goals

 

  • The desire to make contributions to the company that will be used by current and future full - time employees
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Th e ability and willingness to work alongside senior team members and managers to further your professional development
  • Currently enrolled at University of New Brunswick
  • Outstanding oral and written communication
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technology related field
