About the role | What we are looking for...

With product adoption and commercialization accelerating, ATB Ventures is looking to expand its team as we look to bring to market third generation and Web 3.0 solutions that can positively change the world.

ATB Ventures is looking for an Associate Product Manager to support in its development and execution of product across a diverse portfolio of product offerings. You will manage execution of roadmap delivery and product operations with our diverse team of technologists and innovators.

Summary of responsibilities | What you will be responsible for day-to-day...

• Manage feature progress and performance across product lifecycle as a key product analyst - with confidence in metric and documentation reporting
• Support on roadmap delivery at the component/phase level with cross-functional teams within Ventures and across ATB Financial stakeholders
• Support and Implement new strategic product initiatives (minimal viable products) based on strategic value and business need
• Deliver product development from inception through launch on existing and novel products, under the oversight of our product leads
• Act as SME on product operations to ensure metrics, process, and documentation are being measured and executed effectively
• Gather requirements and support the product team in making thoughtful prioritization decisions in delivering customer value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Attend and participate in Engineering agile meetings related to your product delivery

Requirements

Required skills & experience | What we're looking for in the ideal candidate...

• Familiarity with basic Web 3.0 concepts, Identity & Access Management
• Capabilities and demonstrated experience in: client centricity, agile product delivery, operational risk management, data management and product metrics, and product operations
• Resourceful, with a bias to action, against strong project management capabilities. Relevant product / project management certification will be considered an asset
• Strong understanding of product management principles, practices, written and verbal communication skills required
• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management on Digital Product(s)
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management or experience equivalence
