As the Photographer, you will contribute to Laura’s success by ensuring all images are consistent with the LAURA and Melanie Lyne style guide and that production targets are met.
How will you support the team?

• Use photo editing software to recalibrate, recrop, rename and send photos to retoucher following LAURA and Melanie Lyne guidelines.
• Maintain LAURA and Melanie Lyne standards of quality control and art direction.
• Shoot model casting when necessary.
• Archive images and organize files.
• Ensure that all photo equipment is looked after and stored away correctly.
• Direct models during shoots.
• Operate various photographic equipment such as digital cameras and professional lighting.
• Continue to stay up to date on industry and photographic best practices and procedures.
• Photograph e-commerce images for ready-to-wear products.

Qualifications
The people who thrive with us have/are:

• Experience in the fashion industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, studio environment.
• Experience working with digital cameras and professional lighting equipment.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Advanced knowledge of CaptureOne and Adobe Photoshop.
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Able to shoot on models and flats.
• Experience working in with Mac OSX.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
