Livewell Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing medication advice and counseling, and ensuring the accuracy of prescriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication advice and counseling to patients
- Manage medication inventory and ordering
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Active pharmacist license in Ontario
- Injection trained is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
