PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM TO LEARN AND EXECUTE

PT Business Management

• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Build and maintain an active client base

Service and Hospitality

• Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients
• Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions
• Interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members

Professional Development

• Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions
• Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management

The Compositing Artist will perform complex digital image composition tasks, seamlessly integrating all elements of a visual effects shot.

Main responsibilities:

• Harmonize the creative and technical aspects of each shot;
• May participate in the development of tools and techniques for the department;
• Ensure deadlines are met, advising the project team promptly if delays could be expected.
• Resolve visual, artistic, and technical issues when possible or pass on information to the appropriate department (modeling, texture, 3D lighting, etc.);
• Perform quality control on shots before they are submitted for review/approval, ensuring all technical and creative standards are met, and promptly apply notes received;
• Compositing on simple to complex shots at various stages of production including pre-comps, lineups, 2D tracking, 2D effects, keying extractions, integration, and color correction;
• Integrate the 2D and 3D elements in order to produce photorealistic images that meet Rodeo's high-quality standards;
• Keep Production and the project team informed of the status of work, issues to be resolved, ramifications of problems encountered and recommend potential solutions;
• Work closely with the Compositing Supervisor and Lead to find creative and technical solutions and approaches that enhance shots, while meeting project specifications and deadlines;
• Ensure the consistency of the final composition of the elements of a visual effect shot;

• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
• Certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants
• Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)
• Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
• Basic computer and technology skills

Qualifications

• Excellent sense of prioritization and respect for deadlines.
• Experience in a similar position, within the VFX industry;
• Excellent knowledge of Nuke software;
• Proficiency in photographic shooting including knowledge of color, lighting (reflection, refraction, shadows), perspective, and composition;
